  • This electronically driven sheeter is completely variable in format & cut-out size (both are changeable during production) for maximum precision
  • The format size or cut-out size is changed simply by typing in the format and chip-out length on the touch panel – without any mechanical adjustment
  • Cross & length cut work in the rotary shear cut method, which guarantees a high quality cut – supported by heated side frames
  • The cut-out is securely sucked and blown off into the external exhaust system regardless of speed
  • The sheeter can be run either in-line behind any (digital) printer/web finishing system or off-line (with an unwinder for finishing rolls or with a pile infeed table for cutting fan-folded stacks)
  • Air supported paper flow – especially for pharmaceutical papers due to the new “air stream support”
  • Operator friendly design with excellent access to all areas (i.e. via a moveable cutting unit, long life knives), and very few wearing parts (i.e. vacuum belts only in the outfeed)
  • All kinds of printed and unprinted rolls can be processed
